"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

this is the scoop- newb question. I plan ons starting to sarge HEAVILY but am having a hard time finding a wing. Is a wing necessary? Will I only be able to hit single sets?

How necessary is a wing?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

It's better if you have a wing because most girls go in groups, and you'll have a target and an obsticle if they are a pair, or a set. Your wing usually occupies one of them (taking turns I guess on who gets the target or obsticle), so that everyone is occupied. Otherwise, if you solo sarge the target, the obsticle will c0ckblock you as they'll get jealous or something and wreck your game.

I personally dont have a wing.

I think it depends on your style. For me, I do better solo. Maybe my wings suck or I just work better alone. I tend to hang out near the bar and mind my own business, stay relatively sober and look for opportunities to open girls (e.g. ordering drinks or ideally sitting down next to me). Works well for me, I usually get a few numbers a night just hanging out at a busy bar and trying to look content-no looking around the room or looking nervous. Must be content and in the mindset that you are perfectly comfortable by yourself, and girls will sense this. Often, girls open me when I do this.

Other times, I like to sarge with the boys and the style and approach is very different.

I go solo. I find myself being better alone because I don't have friends around to give extra pressure or in some cases mess up my game

i don't have a wing either but i can imagine that it's better with one. especially in social spaces like bars and clubs, if you're there alone, it's really tough to look like you belong.

if you've got a friend, you're hanging out together and can make a game of meeting women, have fun with it and convey that fun as part of your personalities.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Wing's aren't neccesary but they can definitely help, as long as they're good wings. Having a wing can make opening up to groups easier and can give you extra motivation. If possible I like winging it.

Its pretty obvious it takes A Nation of A Million to stand together and beat their fears. One man cannot change the world,a million men can.So what am I saying???That have a friend with you will help you,it will make you comfortable and both have fun.Example lets say you have a friend who lifts 400 pounds of a stone, and you lift 400 pounds of a stone aswell. One day you wanan lift 600 pounds of stone but its too much for you or too heavy. So you get ur friend to help you,so put two and two together what happens??:) If your smart or have common sense then you know what happens you get my moral story.

Both.....Both have pros and cons.

I genrally always have my wing nearby...wether i use him or not depends on the situation.

Opening sets of girls can be easier with a wing. It also adds abit of social proof for you to bounce off each other. If your lone then you are best focusing girls who are lone....That doesnt mean you cant focus sets. Its just you have to sarge and isolate...or focus the girl when she goes to the bar....NOT WHEN SHE GOES TO THE LOO like people have said on here before...

I could really have used my wing on friday. I had a ****block with the HB i was trying to bed. He could have kept her company....thats the main advantage of a wing. To deal with a ****block. Diversion. He can do it in many ways. Fake intrest in her. Chat to here.

Basically.....both have pros and cons. Try and find a wing but its not a neccesity

solo vs. wing

Im new, but personally I like the idea of working alone. But then again I am a loner. If you are in a club then it is probably nice to have friends around to have social proof, but no more than that. I guess it really depends on who you are and what you are comfortable with.
My best work has been done when the girl doesnt think I am trying to pick her up. This way no alarms go off in her head, for those of u who need it in pick up language: she doesnt raise the ***** shield.
Take care, have fun and good luck.

In all honesty, I think the only time a wingman is more-or-less essential is if you're opening a two set. If it's a lone girl, there's obviously no problem. If it's a three set or higher, your target's two+ friends can talk with each other after you take her away from the group to isolate and close her. If it's two set, your target's friend will be on her own if you try to isolate, so your target probably won't be receptive to isolation for the sake of not leaving her friend hanging.

In any case, if and when I go out for the sole purpose of sarging, I tend to do it alone. Co-ordinating a wingman can sometimes be a hassle, and you can still be successful on your own.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Ahhhh, so a wing is primarily used for ISO reasons. I can see how a wing would give you some social proof, and help with your DHV's & routines, but wings are most essential when it comes time to ISO.

You can really learn a lot from a wing, sometimes also what not to do. Anyway, it doesnt matter if you're alone or with a wing, as long as you got your sh!t together and APPROACH!

Sometimes I found it much easier to approach without a wing, sometimes a wing is just what I need to push myself into the approach.

If your wing is just a bit better than you, go with him, otherwise its not worth it.

I only sarge by myself and I don't plan on having a wing. A wing is good for disarming any ****blocks, AMOGS, and any other obstacles. Mainly 2 sets and Mixed sets I find would give you an advantage of having a wing.

For example a nerdy guy with a hb8, your wing keeps the nerdy kid occupied and while you isolate have your friend talking about all these new games, kid is going to think your cool because yall have the same interest.

If you do have a wingman though I recommend you have like signals to say when yall want to eject, isolate, etc, and make sure yall are good wingmen together. The only thing that is difficult for me is when in a 2set I sometimes have trouble isolating because now the 1 girl is by herself and most of the time they try to tell the girl to go.

word.

I could have used one on tuesday, at a house party, when I was chattin up an HB8 and her HB6 friend pulled a c0ckblock and dragged her away :(

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I think for somepeople a wing is helpful for the first few times out, any wing, even an idiot. Its just to get used to the idea that its easy to talk to women.
