Socially proactive, sexually reactive...the way?

Why is it that....

....when I go out and DO NOT make any moves on girls and DO NOT worry about pulling them, when I only worry about having fun, being sociable and making good conversation.....

....that is when the girl will start to make the moves or at least big indications of interest in my direction and that I end up getting some action?

In other words, I've found more success when girls make the first move, not the traditional way. When I am SOCIALLY PRO-ACTIVE, but SEXUALLY RE-ACTIVE
