I'm gonna set you free right now boys.

I had (thought I had) this 'disease' for many years in my late teens and early 20's. I would avoid people, friends, family members because I was so socially scared. I was convinced by commmercials, "doctors", and internet sites that I had Social Anxiety Disorder. I had all the symptoms, thought about it everyday. Then I discovered something through my own personal and objective experiences....IT DOESN'T EXIST!! I swear on everything I am that your social phobias are a result of low self-esteem and brainwashing. Believe me.

This site is a fantastic tool for breaking out of the anxiety hole. Meditation, running, a high fruit and vege diet, and dj bootcamps can all help you break out of your intial rut.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
