I used to think the current state of the game was what ruined women. That the flocks of a$$kissing orbiters and validation from social media was what turned once nice, attainable, women into phony, attention seeking, narcissists. But now I see things a bit differently, this stuff has only made the bad women more obvious.
When I was growing up social media was still in its infancy. As I got older things like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter became popular, and a lot of the girls I knew started getting on it. The majority of them began acting like attention seekers, and started to behave with snobbish narcissistic personalities. I thought social media and the surge of guys who orbit every woman they want was the reason for this, but now I see there’s more to it. I began thinking about the ones who I’ve known since childhood that I thought “transitioned” into a typical modern attention seeker. When thinking about it they acted bad long before social media, but I just didn’t pay any attention to it back then. I remember how a lot of them had bad personalities when we were little kids, and were the types who were complimented by just about everyone teachers, family, friends, etc. Then the ones who I now see whining and posting passive aggressive things about everyone, years ago were just as whiny and cried whenever they didn’t get what they wanted. My perceptions of the past until recently forgot just how bad these girls were. Social media and orbiters didn’t ruin them, it just helped them behave the way they truly are.
As for the women 25+ who get online posting mirror selfies, and take advantage of every bit of validation they get. Weren’t they always like that on some level? I remember women who were like that long before social media, of course they weren’t as bad back then, but they were still out attention wh0ring. A friend of mine who’s in his early 40s told me about how his wife has a friend who’s trouble. He showed me the wife’s friend’s page, I immediately picked up on a lot of things (orbiters, selfies, bikini pics, posts about drinking, etc.) and told him my perceptions of it. He then said how the woman has always been into all of that wild s**t, and is now openly cheating on her husband. My point is from what he said that woman was always bad, and now she’s doing the same obvious s**t on her social media. Social media didn’t ruin her, modern conditions have just made it to where she can now be comfortably honest about the way she truly is.
I’m sure we can all think of an example or two of someone who didn’t act like a spoiled brat, that got on social media, and became an attention seeker. Ones like this ten years ago would have been the type to cheat the second another guy expressed interest. They are deeply insecure and cling onto any validation they can get, and the way they behave online is a good indicator of that. If they were truly a sincere person at their core then a little bit of validation wouldn’t have gotten to their head like it did.
If a woman is/was a good person at their core, then all of the orbiting beta BS of the modern world wouldn’t get to their head. Be thankful the bad women are that much easier to spot now, and be careful of them.
