Let's say that if you have to go get a coffee you go to the bar, so a lot of people go to the bar to get a coffee.
The bar is a constant coming and going of people, a very crowded place, where people stop for a maximum of 5 minutes and leave.

First of all, I don't know where you live in the world where people go to the BAR to get COFFEE...

Are you asking where you'll get a constant influx of new women that you can maximize approaches? The irony is that the answer to THAT question...is a BAR.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Not really, Europeans have a healthier non-Evangelical influenced drinking culture and do not have to rely on cars to get them 2 blocks across the street, so it is not as big of deal. In addition, it's common for these places to operate as normal restaurants so having a beer tap is pretty common.
