There are lots of guys here who can't approach or feel uncomfortable in certain situations. Fear of being judged is linked with this.

There are two ways to beat this problem.

1. Reframe your thoughts and put yourself through the gauntlet. But these feelings can resurface and fester later and grow.

OP gave some decent advice. Advice #1 is valid. Advice #2…sleep hypnosis is too much. Just get better sleep.

Truth of the matter if you have social anxiety just accept it how it is. Work on yourself, write your thoughts and how to fix.

You know I fix being short? I accept I’m short.

If a man is afraid to talk to others because of fear, that’s a psychological treatment problem.
How to fix that- start talking more in everyday random situations.
Ex: a store cashier, his beginning before she talks, Hows your day going? and
Have a great evening! ending ( more daily outgoing comments)
The man that wants to remain silent tends to stay that way forever because it’s more comfortable for him…
Men need to break out of their self perceived envelope and explore the limits of their outer boundaries. That’s what we were all born to do since the beginning of time …

Way better investment than you guys are realizing. The mind is complex. Only approaching is fumbling around basically. Psychology has figured out how concentration, memory, healing, mindfulness, social anxiety etc work. Giving your subconscious a blueprint of how these things work gives your progress a lightspeed boost. You can just improve super fast forever.

Giving your subconscious a blueprint of how these things work gives your progress a lightspeed boost. You can just improve super fast forever.
Not just those things either. Hypnosis can make your erections super hard, improve sex drive, cure premature ejactulation, give you sexual confidence, charisma, leadership skills, etc etc etc.

I've done tons of this stuff and it all works. Talk to your doctors before you try it so that you trust it more. It's proven to be very effective.

I've been doing this everyday for 18 months and I've had crazy results.
