sobe is awesome it is some of the best stuff in the world i thik. yumm, but the healtha dn fitness part.
ok on sobe bottles it will say like that it has creatine and guarana in it. now this is for those smart people that know what they are talking about, is there enough in there to actually do anything or is it just for sales you think. either way im gonna keep drinking the stuff.

How much guarana? Guarana is an herbal form of caffiene. Any Creatine sold in liquid form dosent work.
