I texted her sunday with date and time to meet and she never responded i sent 1 more text no reply. She texted me this morning sorry i had alot going on last night. When are you free this week. Do i just ignore her? Tell her im only free tonight? What do i do here.

In your place I would reply "hard to know now, will let you know", then one night that you're horny and you have no other option write her.

Any girl which treats me like that gets downgraded to potential fvck buddy (the pump and dump type not the friend with benefits one).

You set a time and place and you should just show up, no text to see if it's still on. If she forgot/flakes/texts late. You know she has low interest in you.

She majorly disrespected you by flaking and not responding till the next day. You're that guy who wasn't even important enough to acknowledge. She should be grateful you even respond at this point.

Why are you contacting a girl the day before the date you set up with her? There is NOTHING good that can come with contacting a girl when you have it set up already. The ONLY thing you can do is mess it up or lower her interest level. And the ONLY thing you should say is "just wanted to confirm you are still good for tomorrow?" THATS IT. Nothing like "what are you up to, how is life, we will have tomorrow." She has agreed to it, you are giving her 1001 excuses to bail if you contact her before the date.

Yeah, I guess I'm old fashion. Millennials do love to text. Don't get me wrong I've set up plenty of dates through text. OP it was just a rusty execution. She lost interest oh well, keep practicing.
