"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

So some dopey chick said "Let's just be friends" to you in person or text.

Simple reply: "I'd love to, but I'd make a bad friend."

Let them wonder what you meant while you don't reply afterwards.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

when they drop the ljbf on me I ask them " do you pee standing up?" she'll say "ummm no"(or at least you HOPE she says no). then you just say, well that's too bad because unless you stand to take a piss we can't be friends.

in other words i don't do friendships with women.

Girls don't want to see that their LJBF's bothers you. Just humour them, and tease them abotu it, and continue gaming them. Many time's it is a form of LMR. You need to take two steps back...re-calibrate where you might have led her mind astray...and get back in there. Not a big deal.

If you told a girl let's just be friends and you saw it bothered her you would know she has you on a pedestal. If she said some smart-ass remark you know she is hiding her true intent. If she said that's cool and was merry about it, you would be scratching your head.

hmm...

I would say a girl usually thinks about it before she blurts out the LJBF speech. It's probably not easy for the girl to reject you especially if she really considers you her friend. (Unless she's a cold-hearted b17ch of course.) Remember that the LJBF speech usually means that she just doesn't see you in a sexual light. Once she determines you are no threat to her sexually, she basically views you like you have a vagina, or like you're gay.

Maybe it's a LMR but you can usually tell from the context. Like if you are laying in bed with her and she has her hand down your pants stroking your c0ck and she says "let's just be friends" you know she's toying with you.

The best advise I have is to either agree with her and never talk to her again or tell her you already have a sister. Nothing is worse than being 'just friends' with a girl you want to bone. I would consider 'friends' and 'just friends' as being different. As 'friends' there may be some potential for sexual tension. As 'just friends' that tension is gone or maybe never had or will exist.

Peace out.

I suppose it depends on the context. It also depends on the frame you read it from. I am just saying from experience. I had a girl say that to me and I was ok cool. She came to me a week later and I took her down.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Haha, what a pro. Yeah, I'm with Night-hawk on this one. Can't begin to tell you the number of times a LJBF has turned into LJBFB (lets just be friends with benefits) for me lol. One minute she's saying "we can be friends" and the next "**** me harder". Women are such the sluts , and I mean that in a good way.

Canada, eh?
LJBF doesnt really mean complete lack of sexual desire for you. She may be getting her holes drilled somewhere else, at least for now. Sex is like ordering a pizza for them, and you are not quite the right flavor. Thats considering that you are at least a decent-looking dude. Kino more, turn up sensuality, say the right things and you just might get into those panties.

I like PapiChulo's pizza analogy. Maybe right now she's not in the mood for pepperoni. But maybe now you've got her thinking about it, and next week she will be.

It's in the way you reply to a LJBF...(I'm usually relaxed and in control without saying it) type of dude so whatever I say comes natural to me.

If a chick said LJBF to me I'd either respond or text: "Soooooweet!" or maybe nothing at all and let her decide what steps to take while I went about my business as usual.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Got LJBF'd the other week by a girl I got with that same night.

She text me the next day saying that she didn't like me in that way and that she gets really lovey when she's had a bit to drink.

Naturally my response to her saying that was a cool one and an unphased one.

Worth it to continue gaming her?

Since she only gets 'lovey' when she's had a bit to drink...keep her on the back burner and meet more chicks. If the time comes to meet up for drinks or shes out and tipsy. Then slowly playfully and sexually escalate.

If it doesn't happen and you have a few other chicks to mess with..you won't care. If you are truly confident and Zen like it wouldn't matter anyway because you wouldn't need a chick to give you confidence. Once you reach that point...chicks become even more receptive..because their nonsense doesn't work on you and they see you as mysterious and a challenge they might need to figure out. But you wouldn't care if they felt that way or not IF you become truly confident in yourself and strive to become the best person you can be for yourself. Pretty simple logic.

I did this once to a girl on campus and now she stares at me funny whenever she sees me walking around.
