"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

So she says "You wanna know why i wouldnt give you my voicemail PW? Its because i had a voicemail in there from Mat (Her Ex), i just now deleted it today. I have had it in there from 6 months ago."

I felt utterly disgusted....we have been dating for almost 3 months and she is just now letting go of some guy who broke her heart before we dated? Sure i see her point she was trying to show me she liked me.....but cmon....i feel like this should have been let go a long time ago.

My reaction was passive agressive....i did not get loud or very upset...but she could tell it affected me and in an attempt to diffuse the situation she related it to the pics of half naked girls in my phone. Needless to say that arguement didnt get too far as i explained to her my pictures we not of girls that meant anything to me...they are like trophies while hers was something emotional she coulnt let go...she knew there was no real arguement there and she got upset saying she was just trying to make things right, got sad and said call me tomorrow and hung up.

I didnt freak out, or get irate but im not sure if i handled this correctly. How would u have handled this?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

You did fine in my opinion. It is totally unfair for a woman to go out with another guy while still having any feelings for an ex-bf. You did well by being calm and collected instead of freaking out. The worst thing you could have done was show that you were very upset by turning it into a yelling and screaming match...but you did not do that which is great.

If I read the last part of your post, she asked YOU to call her? If this is correct, do NOT call her. She is just trying to validate herself by having you call her (isn't the person who messed up supposed to take the first step in making things right? Why should you call, she just wants to know she has you still). Don't give her the satisfaction. Ignore her until she calls you. Also, don't hold a bitter attitude, just have a "you-screwed-up-but-I'm-not-going-to-let-it-get-to-me attitude".

huh...

Why do couples exchange passwords...
I really don't understand that...
Doesn't it just end up creating drama down the road?

I remember a girl I dated said checked my e-mail to "delete something". She had no reason to suspect anything... Well there was an e-mail from a girl saying "Hey I need to talk to you, call me at this number if you get home past 10." LOL - I had no idea the e-mail was there. It was a just a friend... BUT DAMN THE DRAMAAAAA started, the trust was a bit hurt. And you gotta have trust :( !!!!

well, that's my 2 cents!

Good luck
