TWO children have been sent to live with their father after a court ruled the mother encouraged "negative" feelings about their dad.

The two children - a girl, aged nine, and a boy, aged seven - had been struggling with "change overs" between parents, saying things such as "I don't want to go" and "I don't have to go" when their father arrived in Tasmania from Melbourne to collect them for access visits, The Australian reports.

The Family Court found the mother did not discourage them from saying these things, and did not encourage a positive relationship between the children and their father.

This made a national headline. This is how uncommon it is.

The great thing though is it shows that perhaps the tide is turning a little. Surprisingly, the amount of comments that followed this article which were in support of the decision was also nice to see. I hope we begin to see more of this.

What I am thinking though is that a lot of the judges coming through were once young married men who went through similar situations. Considering how high the divorce statistics are its inevitable to think that many would have gone through the same thing.

Maybe the law will start to favour men more as men who have been exposed to double standards and ridiculous laws age and become decision makers.

I had to check the calendar to make sure it isn't April Fools yet.

They're addressing Parental Alienation Syndrome in Australia????

Btw it's best to read the actual reasons & judgement than the "article" from news.com.au:

http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/cases/cth/FamCA/2009/66.html

After reading that, it seems that the news.com.au article tried to paint the father in the worst possible light. See how every woman commenting there seemed to believe that the father left the family to be with his new girlfriend and the children were also thinking the same?

The truth: the wife initiated the divorce then MOVED to another town in 2006. The father later moved to Melbourne and got into a new relationship.

One of the primary reasons for the judgement was that according to a FEMALE psychiatrist (Ms R), the mother needs serious psychological help and this has affected the children very negatively. Their behaviours towards their father (as mentioned in the news.com.au) were not genuine and seemed entirely orchestrated. In fact, they changed 180 deg as soon as the mother was not there anymore.

Classic PAS:

...
Perhaps the most concerning thing is that after collecting the children [the mother] as managed to reinforce all her own negative thoughts and feelings about [the father], with the children and to present him as an aggressive person, which he was not. Furthermore and [J] have been attain encouraged to run away from their father, and to climb out of car windows while they are moving. [19]

Both these children need psychological help, but unfortunately it will be very hard for anyone to work with them when everything is being undermined at home.
...
“These children are being slowly indoctrinated into believing their father is cruel and unkind and is likely to hurt them, when this is not the case.[22]

[this could have] devastating effects on them [the children] when they are old enough to understand what has happened.[23]

It is almost as if, the children are deliberately encouraged, to try and prove all the things that had written in her notes and behave in a way that might encourage [the father] to restrain the children in order to keep them safe, so that he could be represented negatively”.[24]
...

Fancy all of those CRUCIAL details being posted on the mainstream media...

Maybe it's just a matter of time before all the lies and manipulation feminist ideas are based upon will come crashing down like a house built out of a deck of cards. It was the baby boomer generation that sold everyone out to feminism. Maybe the later generations coming on to the scene will see what a sham it is and reject it. In this information age with ready access to all sorts of views and info, it's hard to keep people bamboozled unless they choose to be.
