"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Well yall remember the woman that i was supposed to go out with etc...im my other thread well yes cause of her.

See my best friend use to reaaaaaaaallllyyy like her but at the time she had a bf, and she didnt even knew that he liked her until recently, so it seems like they had a big argument but this is what happen.

I started liking her once i saw her, i told my friend about it, and he said that he had no problem with that, but still i didnt try anything, its just now that i recently started making moves on her.

So she called me one day and she told me that my friend had told her that i had a gf, and that all i wanted to do is to fuk her, so i guess that my friend was ****blocking me and telling her all this to make sure i dont get her, so once she told me that, i told her a lot of stuff that he be saying about her, how he is just using her for money and some more stuff, i told her out of anger, cause of what he told her about me. Now he and her aint talkin no more and hate each other cause of what i told her about him, i feel kinda guilty but at the same time he messed me up too.

So i asked him why he told her that and he said that he never said anything and that she is lying, i didnt make no big deal cause that is my best friend and i aint gonna put a ho over a friend, but it seems like he took it personal, but it seems like he didnt like the fact that i confronted him about it. That same day we went to the mall along with one more friend and he was very quiet thru the day, when we dropped my best friend home, he got out the car without saying a word and till this day we havent spoke yet, its been a week and change.

So basicly cause of this girl, now me and my exbest friend aint talking to each other, but then again my friend lies to much, about everything, and the girl got no reason to lie to me about what he said, i believe he did say it cause he had a big crush on her.

but man....ain this some ish...

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

i dont think she necesarly played us cause my friend did say those things about me, and he did say a lotta sh1t about her , he deserves to have her hating him, basicly it was his big mouth and jealous self that made all this happen, why did he have to tell her "oh he just wanna fuk" "oh he got a gf" and why did he have to use her like that.

ITs him man its him.... i let it go when i found out the things he told her about me all i did was ask him in a calm mode and that was it, i aint get mad at the man, he the one mad cause i asked him about it, he just so immature, childish, and not responsable, he is also a lier (anybody that knows him will tell u that) so thats why i dont feel that bad, he deserves it.

He got no reason to be mad at me, me and her got all the right to be mad at him, but im not, only she is, and i understand why, i know that has to hurt.

That freaking blows dude, I feel for you. It wasn't your card to play, though, man. He turned on you, and not the other way around. I don't know about the retalition on your part, but anyway, if this is your 'best' friend, maybe you can find one better.

It'll blow over eventually anyway.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
