Go with some dance music man, and spin to the beat. My fave dance track ever is "Tarantula" by pendulum, another good ones is 'Lovestory' by Layo and Bushwacka. Also a aerobics and therefore possibly spinning fave is Eric Prydz "call on me" - check the video on youtube
