So.. I went vegan

Posted a few months back on here about going vegan. I decided to take the plunge and have been for the past 2 months.

Honestly never felt better. But the reason im posting is because my physique and training has improved so much.

Strength has gone up, body fat down, recovery better and the main thing i ve noticed is my energy is insane. Alot of people telling me im quite ripped but me being judgemental still think i have a few % of body fat left too shift.

Alot of people (not on here) tried to tell me i couldnt build muscle on plant based diet and id look a skinny fag. Well i ve proved that its just a myth you need lean meats etc to build muscle.

If i knew how to upload a few photos i would but no idea how too.

Macros : 400g carb. Fat 27g. Protein 110.

The pound of protein per pound of bodyweight is the biggest load of crap ever heard.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
