“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

and i feel worse than i have before. I feel like a needy, dependent, unconfident, angry son of b!tch. Ohh...maybe it is cause i stopped smoking which i used as a crutch...but fvck that, id rather have a crutch than be a gimp. Once my sore throat goes away its time to start smoking to test my hypothesis. F this.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

What you're going through is known as "withdrawal". During this time, you will experience emotions such as you have displayed - including irrationality. Being a gimp is usually permanent - craving a cigarette isn't. In a month, you'll have forgotten you ever craved them at all... My advice would be to limit yourself to one a day for the next two or three weeks, since it's apparent that you don't have the willpower necessary to quit cold turkey. After those weeks, see if you can get by on one every other day. Then quit cold turkey. Assuming you can.

Moved to H&F...

Would you be able to forgive yourself for giving in? Just my thoughts...but I'd rather be shaky for a little while than a weak-willed, decrepit addict for the rest of my life...

Two Choices

Stay off the Nic and get healthier after the withdrawal.

or

Go back to smoking and be forever out of shape and at a large risk for lung cancer, as well as blow your money on cigarettes.

Very true words. I'm on month #2 and it's awesome!

I'll tell you something, that withdrawl period is a b1tch, and I was mood swinging all over the goddam place. It was fvcking horrible, but I didn't want to light another fvcking cigarette. I knew that withdrawl was only temporary and it would get better. And it slowly got better. It was that first day without cigarettes that was horrible.

And I'll never forget that day. I don't wanna go through that again. The only way to avoid it is to never smoke again! Think of it this way, when you permanently quit smoking, you won't have to put up with that fvcking withdrawl period ever again! Save yourself the pain of experiencing that everytime you quit smoking and put the 5hit down for good!
