Jesus christ i can feel that they working already...haha

All i did so far is play around with them , i lifted them like 20 times on each arm, and i laid on my bench and worked on my chest for a lil bit, i went to the bathroom to see my chest and arms and i see that its gonna be a very pleasureble experience if i keep it up.

Im already seeing results in my chest and arms but i know that it aint gonna be permanent, its just that i just finished working out, but seeing my chest and arms after a lil workout, keeps me motivated.

How long yall think it will take to get some noticeble muscle on me, enough for the ladies to see:D ? a month or so?
