Things were going good too. I was planning on going for a KC, but when I went to take her home, I got really, really sick. I went inside and threw up, so my mom had to drive her home. I'm pissed. Anyways, I'm trying to think how I can get this experience past us, and keep moving on. It was a bout with the flu, but still it was pretty damn embarrassing. How would you handle it??

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I know, that's what I'm thinking, but some girl friend of mine is making this out like it's the worst possible thing that could've happened and that I should sever all ties with this girl. The girl giving me the advice usually gives horrible advice, but it got me wondeirng if you DJs thought the same...

My mother threw up on her first date with my dad. Their anniversary is this weekend, in fact, and they went away to the beach to celebrate.

Dude, you didn't even puke IN FRONT of her. It's not like you were making out and hurled chunks all over her face.

It's not like she's never thrown up before.

Just relax...it'll only be awkward if you interpret it as such and start acting unsure, like "ohmygod, what does she think of me now that I was sick?"

ive already told this story on this site 3 times... but here is a shortened version..


I was on a date with this chick, i picked her up and on the way to our destination i got sick, pulled over on the highway, blew huge chunks, got back in the car , she was laughing and didnt think bad of it. I felt 10x better after i puked and we went on with the night. I got kiss too.
