So I decided to start reading the book of Pook...

On my quest to self-improvement, I think his book will be very useful since he does not teach how to be a PUA, but how to be a Man (well I think?) Anyways while reading the whole book, I will make a brief resume of every article, and once I am all done (give me 2-3 weeks maybe) I will post it on Sosuave for all your benefit (hoping no one ever did this). So would you guys have any suggestions/request for this?

I've been reading it too after the recent Pook thread came up as I didn't know anything about him. He seems to have a disdainful attitude towards those that use pickup techniques like Mystery which I don't agree with. I think he's right that the game naturally comes from within when a man has been self-actualized as a testosterone-driven man. But I think there's nothing wrong with having a "bag of tricks" to use as well. In my opinion, it just gives you more options to use for a wide variety of situations. Pook's stuff is excellent so far. Hell, I almost wish I could have a shot of testosterone in my arm just to see how different I would feel. Only downside about having a high testosterone count is that in greatly increases your chances of prostate cancer down the line.

I just read it. Here are the quotes that I picked out that are meaningful to me:

And there are vitamins you can take to protect your prostate.

Shiva, I usually recommend taking at least a month to read the Book of Pook. Unless you are in a dire situation that urgently warrants His infinite wisdom, it's best to take the time to apply his teachings and let them really soke in. It's a long book. It may take you longer than a couple weeks to come out with a good commentary.

Yeah it was . But to be fair when you start of being an AFC with no hope and out of no where you come across "Weapons of Mass Seduction" that earth shuttering info is pretty much like a nuclear explosion happening in the room.

True, Pooks ok but everthing he wants to say is bloated by 10,000% so the message is usually lost in the waffle of it all.

Theres much better and more consise tips in the DJ Bible

baffling or not he was hands down the most influentional poster this forum has ever had.

He "gets it". not many do.when you are fulfilling your life, you don' tneed tricks or tactics. focus on yourself and everything will fall into place.

Him, Anti-Dump, Senor Fingers to some extent, A-Unit, rollo & the guy that actually founded this forum (i forgot his name), when they post, read and learn.
