So I have a question for the minds on here: How should I take this girl's behaviour so far?
So I've met this girl on a bus like a months ago... a perfect stranger. Since I saw her I knew that if I didn't make a move I would regret it a lot. Never approached a complete stranger before but nevertheless went with it and talk to her. Turned out she and I are from the same state, working on another city, She even asked me where I from and such, not the other way around. She even made small talk and not the other way.So she was about to leave and I ask her name and she gave it to me, and ask mine. Everything was fine.

(Yes, I froze up to ask her number straight ahead since I never approached an stranger before).

So I have encounter her on other occasions. The next time was weeks later and I grab her shoulder and she smile and greet me. I played it cool and keep reading the book I was reading. She told me that she was heading to the back of the bus before it got crowded and that It was nice seeing us. So a couple of days later, I was reading on the bus and she came by and greet me, and then sitted down on the seat in front of me. I closed my book and start talking to her. She talked to me about her job and some other stuff, then asked me where I lived. She then told me she was looking to move a little further from where she lives now, so I asked her number as we approach her stop and she gave it to me. So far so good, right? So I need your advise on what to make out of these and how to proceed. That interaction was last week by the way.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

What I want to know is, after all I said to you guys on this thread/posts, how are you seeing the whole thing?

[I've to say, I'm completely grateful and humble to you all on this forum, for I started reading and practicing to improve, and not in my wildest dreams would I ever approach someone I didn't knew like that before.]

You deserve a pat on the back for taking the initiative to cold approach, not many men do this. That said, don't stop here, continue doing it until you can act on your desires without having to think about it too much. There will be some women who aren't receptive to it and you have to get used to letting it roll off your back. This will be extremely valuable to you as a man.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. She may end up flaking on you because most women don't like confrontation, so they'll be friendly and give out their number with no intention of following up.

Go into it with this mindset and you should be fine.

I thank you a lot on this one. I see her a lot due to the same route we took, but I was about to ask if all that stuff looked good, since it was real, she seems very talkative and all, and ask a lot to me aswell. She talks way more than I do when we see each other. That being said, everytime I message her via What'sapp or Facebook she doesn't even read the messages, or answers very late when she see them (like maybe some minutes later, or even a day).

Thanks for the advice, you guys are making a difference on me, I better just move on if it's not salvageable! :)

If you've asked her out and she hasn't replied and/or ignored the question don't contact her anymore.

If you see her in person just act like everything is cool and be your usual social self. Don't bring up the fact that you asked her out and she hasn't answered, her "non-answer" is the answer.

However, if she asks you out, go ahead and jump on it.

I didn't ask her out, I just send her 2 links of available places she can rent yesterday noon (since she told me she wants to move there soon). She didn't respond a thing, and I don't usually send her messages since she always answers when she reads them (obviously), but sometimes she doesn't read them in a lot of time, and in the mean time I'm overthinking why and get frustrated.

Ok, so reviving this old topic. I went on with my life since I was having a lot of stuff happening (2 work trips) and got a little distracted. So starting this week a friend of mine asked me about the girl I mention weeks before that I met (the one on topic), and I told her I wasn't sure since I hadn't saw her again and I thought I was better off this way right now. Later that day while I was going home I was sitting on the bus and someone started waving me from afar, I looked up and there she was. So I waved back but kept sitted where I was, she then went and sitted on the row infront of me so I started talking to her, eventually moved next to her and she started as usual to make a lot of the talk, and nearly missed her stop. I answer her and segway the conversation into mentioning her stop was real close and she stood up and prepare to leave. I told her "what'll you do on sunday?" (since she, as I, don't have any family in this city) and she put this face of "damn" and told me she was going away this whole weekend. I told her "No problem, I'll give you a call sometime" and she went away.

Here's the thing, I'm moving to another appartment next week, and I doubt I see her as often as I did. Any advice?

Reporting in!
I called her this Sathurday, she was out with some friends, she didn't knew if she could this week since she was still traveling back and forth, but that in any case we're still in contact through the phone and that some "Tacos" or some Coffee would be nice.

So, I guess I would call her later on the week

Update:

I saw her today on the bus, not talked since the last call on Sathurday. She stood afar from me when she boarded and didn't greet until I saw her. Barely by raising her hand, then as the bus got crowded she passed by me and only did the peace sign and stood near me, but crowded with people. I took my earphones off and said "hi" but she asked me "Didn't you told me you where moving out from around here?" (indeed I mention her that some weeks ago that I encounter her). I told her that I was moving in about a month. The place filled in even more, then as she reach her bus stop, she left without even looking back.

Bottomline: I'm officially done here! I'm no expert, but when all of a sudden a girl acts this dettached, or creeped as if you were following her it's stupid to fool yourself. It's just a rejection waiting to happen.

:(
