NOt by themselves of course, but as a supplement for an excersise program where I go to the gym every other day, one day working on upper body, and the next working on lower.

My goal isnt to get fit (on varsity baseball team) or to lose weight (im freaking skinny), but specifically to put on muscle. I'm about 5 feet 10 1/2 inches tall and 151 pounds. I don't know how much muscle mass I should put on at my age and height, but I look as skinny as a stick right now. 2/3 of skinny to medium weight girls I have seen have arms ranging from my arms thickness to a lot thicker, and it doesnt look out of place.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

best supp for a skinny kid is food, followed by rest. then hit the gym again two days later. no supp can make up for a lack of these.

i seem to keep gaining weight... hit the gym 3x a week...swim 2x a week, sprint 4-5x a week...bball 1-2 a week.. like wtf?!
