"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

After seeing a man on the street they considered “unusually large”, police in Malmö suspected the man had been doping and investigated his apartment – confirming their suspicions.

swedish muscle guys

Police in Malmö, southern Sweden, asked the muscly man on the street if he had been taking performance enhancing drugs.

The man evaded the questions, prompting police to search his apartment.

There, police found nearly 20,000 pills of various kinds and multiple bottles containing performance enhancing drugs, local paper Skånska Dagbladet reported.

The man has confessed to using several of the compounds, but claimed he had never intended to sell them. However, 150,000 kronor ($21,000) in cash and packaging materials in the apartment led the court to believe otherwise.

The man’s text messages also revealed he had been in contact with people wanting to purchase dope.

A woman also lived in the two-room apartment, and claimed she was aware of the substances in her home but denied any involvement. The court has now sentenced the man to one year and nine months in jail, and the woman to one year and six months.

Earlier this year police in Lund dragged another muscular man in for steroid testing, but got their knuckles rapped by the Justice Ombudsman (Justititeombudsmannen – JO), which said that big muscles are not adequate grounds for arrest.
I wonder if they will ever arrest a fat ass and search his house for sugar bar sellings without licence, or excess of sugar in his homemade lemonades.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Sweden is ranked as the one of the most feminized country on earth....right behind canada....

Of course they're going to target men who are deemed too masculine.

But we in the US should not gloat, because we're on our way to becoming a feminized police state as well.

You think taking drugs makes you a man ?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
