Sneeze = hurtful lung, anyone know why?

Dont know why but as of a few months ago, any time i sneeze i feel pain my lungs. and once in awhile afterwards, whenever i breathe it hurts...only for a few mins tho.
I have no flu or bronchitis whatsoever. neither am i an avid smoker.

I have a weird feeling i may have ****ed up my lungs somehow during my routine gym workouts...which ive quit going since 4 months ago.

A few months back i had an xray of my lungs, no problems.
As far as i know, no doctor or xray will say anything's wrong.
