"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Aspiring and professional Don Juan's, here is a new technique.

The next time you are getting a strong vibe from a girl and you are certain that you can see her again (for example a waitress, bar maid, or even stripper), instead of asking for her number or FB like hundreds of other chumps, try the following:

1) Establish repore (verified by her touching you, pointing, holding eye contact etc). This can take up to an hour.

2) Casually work into the conversation a question about when she is working/hanging out again (ideally she will forget telling you). Never leave anything to chance.

3) Right at the high point of the encounter, make a quick and unannounced exit. Ideally she won't see you leave. She turned her back for one second and POOF! You were gone.

When you do this, assuming she liked you (always assume she does) she will spend the next hour or so looking for you (if you had any chance).

Then a funny thing happens. Her subconscious will continue looking for you after she is no longer consciously thinking about you. Her brain opens up a background thread that runs like a virus in her list of processes. It goes like this:

Consciously:

1) Where is he?
2) Where is he?
3) Where is he?

Subconsciously:

4) Where was he?
5) Where was he?
6) Where was he?

Then the next time she sees you:

7) THERE HE IS!!!!
8) She will run over and hug you.

Without even knowing it, you infected her mind and got her invested in you (the more they think about you, the more they like you). It is essential to remember that the two are interchangeable. Your last oneitis happened because you kept thinking about her. It's sort of like when you spend a few hours on a ship and then get off. You still feel the motion of the waves, if only because they have been subtracted out of the "new normal".

Making her think about you more is the key to making her miss you, being a challenge, getting her obsessed and being mysterious, et cetera.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
