Visually appealing to a point,on a young pretty thing,I can get that,but,wait while the effects of those same cigs kick in over the years,,wrinkled skin,yellow/black teeth,crinkly hair,yellow fingers,raspy cough...yuck. Seen many a pretty girl ruined by cigs,dosent happen straight away,but you watch as the decades roll on

in real life, people who smoke chronically often have this weird stench, a raspy voice, and odd wrinkles on their faces.

Yes, though usually those who have smoked for many years/decades. Hot young women who smoke haven't usually reached that stage yet, so them smoking is attractive imo.

I know. Unfortunately the long term effects of cigs become quite noticeable when women are 35+. That's why I prefer hot young women who smoke.
