I once sneezed and this hard beige thing that looked like chewed up chewing gum came out. Smelt disgusting. Is that a tonsil stone?

Yeah, sometimes I get them, but I am able to work them out with my tongue. I read that pretty much everyone gets them, but most are unaware of them and they come out when they are eating or whenever.
