I use aftershave after shaving to prevent razorburn, don't really consider the smell.. Then I use cologne. Aftershave usually doesn't have an incredibly potent smell like cologne, it is mainly alcohol I believe.

Yeah, after shaves are mainly alcohol based.
And if you use them too much, you end up smelling like old booze.
Well that's not good.

It's also important that cologne and aftershave go well together.

Since I'm using an electric razor, my skin doesn't get iritated, so I don't use aftershave at all.
I just wear cologne and some deodorant.
Goes fine for me!:

I've tried that new Axe body deodorant. They have like 6 different
fragrances and my g/f likes the "KILO" the best..

My apologies in advance if this post sounded gay.

And I think Axe is for gay :D

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

axe is kinda gay. axe is only a cheap cologne, that doesn't really do anything but smell good. you have to get anti-perspirant deoderant, and then use cologne.

I use anti-perspirant and cologne. My current favorite is Armani Mania... I used Acqua di Geo before that.

I personally either wear Latitute-Longitude (by Nautica) cologne and deodorant, Axe (when I'm at the gym or such) or non-sented deodorant with CK Be or some other cologne.

The lady at the store where I buy my colognes and stuff always gives me lots of sample bottles so I alway have plenty of kinds of cologne to wear.

Oh, and you can buy the cheap imitation kinds. They don't last as long on your skin but they're A LOT cheaper and smell the same.
