Smaller, electric grill

Anyone use a hibachi or a smaller grill? I'd really like to "grill" some of the chicken and other meat that I have.

I can't use charcoal inside my apartment (obviously) so I wanted to see if anyone could recommend something really small and cheap that I could purchase.

Any suggestions?
