my arms has small brown dots on the skin. Are these small brown dots indicate aging ?

or

ARe the brown dots indicate precursor to skin cancer ?

They are the result of prolonged exposure to the sun. Pretty common.

is there any way to remove the brown dots? I look old with these dots. :cry:
