Sleeping Pills

I'm thinking about picking up some sleeping pills at Wal Mart. I have a ****ed up sleeping pattern right now being college vacation, and classes start in a few days for me. How long do the effects of sleeping pills kick in? I'd like to sleep at 10:00 P.M. tonight so I can get back into my regular sleep pattern before college classes so I can be focused.

Any suggestion for some decent over the counter sleeping pills?

they really do work! i became almost dependant on them for a short moment. i once took them and fell asleep for 19 hours...

if you take Nyquil...that also works but you wake up a little drowsy..

Here's the formula:

One shot of Nyquil
One shot of rye whiskey

20 Minutes you're in la-la land.

When you wake up you will feel a bit caustic so either make a very strong mug of coffee (4 tblsp per cup) or another shot of rye whiskey to burn it off.

I prefer coffee afterwards as the caffeine makes me powder dry.

Do you guys mean Nytol (Diphenhydramine)? I might pick some up today as I've only managed 3 hours sleep in the last 2 days :down:

FWIW Alcohol sleep tends to be low quality since you don't get much time in the REM stage.

I just popped 2 equate Night Time Sleep Aid pills. It has 25 mg of Diphenhydramine. Half an hour has gone by and I don't feel any different. I'll just wait. Maybe it'll take a whole hour before I feel the effects. lol

Also, it may be worth your while to look into Melatonin. It's safe, effective, cheap, and natural.
