Another poster on the Tips board included in his post a link containing the following excerpt regarding sleep and testosterone levels:

Sleeping less than 7-8 hours a night can screw up your body's circadian rhythm. That's why it's no wonder your testosterone levels are higher in the morning after a good night's sleep. So if your work or social schedule keeps you stooped over in perpetual jet lag, you will stop craving sex.

Does anyone have any scientific information relating to this assertion? If so, please share.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I dont have the source, but IIRC you what you say is correct and it is recommended that you have sex in the morning because of the elevated T levels.
