"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

W T F ?

Even Anthony Ellis recommended this BurnTheFat (www.burnthefat.com) guy for fat loss.

I'm no skinny guy, definitely. I was at an 26% bodyfat when I started bulking. Now I'm around 13%.

I'm around 82kg (180,4 pounds), and 1,90m tall (6'2 feet?)

And I want to find a good program to buy and stick to it like hell. Something that works. I don't have that much time anymore to search the net for information.

BurnTheFat is easier for me to buy, because it's downloadable. Skinnyguy is a package that is sent through mail, and I'll have to pay a huge amount of taxes (I'm from Brazil). But this is secondary. Bottom line is: I want SOLID information.

What do you think guys?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

If you honestly want to spend money on a program and stick to it like hell then go here www.ironaddicts.com and sign up for his personal training, its 200 WELL SPENT.

If you want to stick with training yourself then go to the same place, get on the forum and do some reading, all the info there is good and everyone there is very helpful.
