From a biological stand point, us Men have always been the warriors, the hunters, the curious thinkers of society. From a spiritual stand point, look at the likes of Jesus, Buddha or Muhammad, what did they have in common? They were all celebates and did not give a damn what women think of them because they found a way higher purpose.
Quality women are attracted to this, she'll be attracted to you for this because of your independence, your interesting traits you have acquired as a result of whatever it is that gave you a sense of emotional impact.
