“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I know like a lot of people I don't want to pay for a gym or a contraption of any type...I want to just be able to workout at home, not having to pay for a single contraption, membership, or piece of equipment. Now, is there a way to tone muscle using your own body? For instance, is there a series of exercises (push-ups-, sit-ups-, crunches-like) that one can do and get even close to a weighted workout? Being able to touch all of those muscle groups without ever having to touch a weight or machine but by using ones own body weight, mass, etc. to get the job done? I know you can lose weight just by doing cardio, but that also takes down muscle mass...I'm talking being able to keep muscles building or at least maintained just via a workout using your own body...just curious. Any replies would be helpful. :)

The bar workouts...like chin ups and all that...if you do the right excercises, you can buff up everything but your legs. But with legs, you have to do squats and things like that. Do you have dumbells at least? If not Um...my friend excercises with his groceries, like the milk gallons, lol. He's muscular too, but only like basketball player build. But I would recommend the bar. Do a variety of things. Even do your crunches on the bars. It works well, but I'd still recommend the weights...you will get better results faster. But whatever you prefer...that's up to you.

Press-ups, sit ups, chins on the branch of a tree or from the landing. Hand stand push-ups, dips between two chairs, put a broom handle across the same two chairs lie under it and pull yourself up - legs out in front with heels on the floor. Sprint dragging a tire behind you. Lots you can do with a bit of imagination.
