“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

Simp allows chick to live with him, but she demands that her dog sleep in their bed

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I don't think this qualifies as a simp. I think a simp is more a guy who gives money to women without getting sex.

This is more of a beta male or Average Frustrated Chump (AFC).

He owns the house, so he gets to make the rules. She isn't paying the mortgage and is only paying a small percentage of the utilities and HOA fees.

He has to hold the line with her on the house rules about the dogs. If she walks now because of it, he needs to consider it a win because he didn't get divorced from her and didn't end up in divorce court with lawyers. That's expensive, even for a childless couple.

If he holds the line on this issue, it likely means the end of the relationship. I don't see this as salvageable.

This is a good example of why I share Rollo Tomassi's view on non-marital cohabitation.
