Hey guys,

Over the past few days I have suddenly been hit by the 'self improvement' bug in a MASSIVE way. Dunno how it happened but I started by dusting off 'Feel the Fear... and do it anyway' by Susan Jeffers.

This in turn made me want to go further and now Im looking at self-hypnosis audio cds/books to gain more confidence and raise my self esteem.

Im also starting on my journey of becoming a PUA (!) and am going to buy 'The Game' by Neil Strauss as Ive read excerpts of his book and heard interviews with him (on Irish radio/magazines would you believe!) and am well... 'smitten' with the guy! lol.

Affirmations and positive self thinking WILL become a habit of mine.

Im also going to be updating my wardrobe, putting myself out there more and looking at ways to gain more confidence!

Anyway, anyone have any opinions on the following hypnosis products? I think an audio cd along with a book would be handy instead of just a book for obvious reasons.

SATURDAY NIGHT 12 NOVEMBER

Hit the club with the lads, decided to wear something different - beige round neck jumper (good fit) with white shirt underneath. This went with my baggy jeans and brown shoes - thought I looked well.

Received compliments on the jumper - good.

Was standing besdie the dance floor with the boys and we saw two girls about 20 feet away standing on their own.

My friend, whos not afraid to approach/chat to ppl start smiling at them and then start waving - I said f**k that and proceeded to do the same while signalling for the girls to come over and approach us. lol

They eventually came over and introduced themselves to us and us to them. I asked HB7 (body wasnt the best tho) what her name was and what she thought of the club - she seemed very quiet so I left it at that. We went dancing with them for a while then and I maintained EC with HB7 but my mate ended up getting off with her lol.
