Here's a hypothetical situation:

Girl A has a boyfriend.
Girl B has no boyfriend.
Both Girl A and Girl B have both equally high interest levels

Will the actions of Girl A and Girl B be exactly the same toward you, assuming same levels of high interest? How does one know if Girl A isn't just bored and attention whoring or collecting orbiters but rather interested and wants to swing to your branch so as to speak.

People will say judge by actions not by words but I can't imagine an interested girl with bf would allow sexual escalation (yes I know some would) but will allow unofficial dates to 'test the water'.

Depends. Show girl A some interest and then back the fvck off. I wouldn't pursue a girl with a boyfriend, but if she knows you're interested and then pursues you then you may have a branch swinging scenario on your hands. BUT as always, if she cheats with you she may cheat on you later.
