I saw the add on craigslist, they required the applicant to have 10+ years dealing with various mood and personality disorders.

They looked at my application and said "ok you have a lot of manufacturing experience, but I don't see anything about working with and dealing with mentaly unstable individuals, where did you get this experience?"

me: I've been dating since I was 15
