shy or not interested

when you talk to a girl and she looks down or turns away, is that shyness or low interest? or is it a sh!t test?
i made an approach yesterday. we talked for a min but she kept looking down away while she talked. felt like low interest. body language says a lot but its different with every woman thats whats confusing.

Did you get the number? If so, arrange a date. Then escalate until you close or get blown out. Push her into action or all out rejecting you. Try to stay away from trying to decipher cryptic messages and body language, keep moving things along and get her to do things. This is what you should be judging her on - what she does - instead of how she acts, what she says, what she doesn't say, that sort of thing.
