i've noticed many girls looks at me, when i look back they often look away...

so i FINALLY approach some of them, guess what?

they really opened up to me, they were smiling and very friendly

although in the past, i have approach one that gives me a straight face

which she wasn't interested in me or looking other thing in my direction
