This is from german plain that bombed these places back in 1942 - 1943 not later. Germans never come here, front was 80 km away, they got stopped there by brave men. But it was war here as well, planes were flying, bombing targets. This is shrapnel from one of those bombs. Back during the war, german pow's were digging trenches here, there was red army installations, and planes bombed.

I found it today in some bushes.

Often, these are found ingrown in trees.

Wait, I'm soon going to mountain path, were fighting was heavy, I'll bring back some pics for you.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

That's pretty cool. I've read that farmers in France still find World War I shells when they're turning over soil.
Happens all the time. I found a mauser bajonet years ago while gardening. I live in germany.
It‘s also not uncommon here that construction workers find american duds under city streets or at construction sides.
