shoulder workouts

should i integrate my shoulders into the same day as chest or arms? before or after?

right now its

chest
rest
deads
rest
arms
rest
squats

haven't really paid any attention to shoulders before, and its hindering my arm growth as well.

I've found that anterior delts are worked with biceps anyway.

Do a setup like this


Monday- Upper Body


Thursday- Lower Body


most people will grow best on a 2 day


You could try a 3 day though


Monday- Squat


Wed- Bench


Friday- Deadlift


You need to focus on increasing your numbers on squats, bench and deads. You don't need some special shoulder workout and you also don't need an arm day.

i am on the powerlifter routine right now, my goal is to define my arms and shoulders (both did gain mass btw) , so I would like to squeeze in some shoulder workouts into the current schedule.


this is what i came up:

monday-biceps, triceps, forearms, grip

wednesday-squats

friday-bench, shoulders

sunday-deads+chin-ups
