what are your guys thoughts on this? for example if you meet a hot 24 year old when your 23 and your making 40k a year....a year later your making 100k. The same woman’s now a 7.....you leave and try to go for a 9 right?

Also I have ridiculously high standards. I can’t **** anything less than an 8 and she has to be Better than my ex or I know Ill feel terrible about myself. I just don’t like the idea of going backwards in life

Well, I want the hottest girl possible to give me as much status as possible. Also in case I decide to have kids, I will have the best genes available. If a girl with better genes comes along, or better quality woman why wouldn't I leave my current?

You want high status and beautiful? You better be able to provide the same. 200k+ with zero debt and a million dollar net worth is monetary value, strong emotional intelligence is interpersonal value, and a broad social circle is social value.

It goes back to what I spout to most men and women who claim they are too picky.

Oh and if you think: Well my EX was a 7, now in a LTR with a 7.5 but i saw this 9... let's dump the LTR to see if I can get the 9.... you ain't much different than the girls seeking someone better.

PS: In dating, you should date multiple (plate spin)... if you LTR it means you have picked 1 steady girlfriend to build a life with...
PS2: If you ain't happy in your LTR... definitely dump and move ON
