Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Should you always push for sex on the first meetup?

I'm making plans with this girl i've been talking with and it got me thinking.. Typically the DJ's here (myself included) encourage posters ad infinitum to "close, close, close!" "Push for Sex!".

The girl i've been texting... i set a sexual frame right off the bat, started teasing that im going to divorce her, and that the only good part was the sex, blah, blah. She played right along, firing back at me. Went through different roleplays, pretending she's my naughty student and needs discipline. Fun stuff.

We were pretending to be mad at each other and she goes "fvck you." to which i reply:
Me - "you wish"
Her - "for real"
Me - "I need to be wined and dined a bit first ;)"
Her - "Nope. That's your job."
Me - "The best you're gonna get outta me is coffee. And even then, no guarantees."
Her - "Haha coffee is good"

So my question is this...In a situation like this or a similar situation where sex is implied...what if we meet up, and assuming everything goes well, I escalate like usual. Maybe even kiss her at the coffee place. This is pure speculation, but she may invite me back to her place for a movie or whatever which is nearby.

Would it be advantageous to tell her i have something going on and can't? Show that i'm sexual, but not desperate for sex. (in all reality i think i have a meeting after the coffee so i cant stay for more than an hour or two).

Or even, the first time we meet at her house (im with my parents over break), i escalate like usual, making out, maybe even foreplay and fingering, and then leave her wanting to fvck, but don't let her. Playfully reversing the roles and telling her some sh!t like "i'm not that easy" or "i dont fvck on the first date" or whatever.

I remember one girl I had hung out with sophomore year..we hooked up a few times, but no sex. Honestly, at that point i was just nervous that i was going to perform badly in bed, so i just got her super turned on and fingered her and then didnt follow through but played it off as me "wanting to tease her" and make her wait. And surprisingly she fvcking loved it. The next time we hung out, she was practically ripping my clothes off because i had the patience to wait and not try to bang her right off the bat like a lot of the guys that want sex so, so badly.

I'm not worried about coming off as spineless or scared of escalating because i'm very direct and sexual in general and not afraid to be a man and push her against the wall and grab her head and makeout and turn her on, etc. etc. And for some reason our conversations always end up sexual anyway

Thoughts? I think i might try it.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

No more keyboard jockeying . Action is the place.
...just go for it dude. Its clear that she wants it, just escalate, dont think so much, and get it done. If you want to. If you dont want to have sex, then dont. if you want to have sex, then have sex.

is it really so difficult bud?

Good luck

Yes, you should escalate to avoid the friend zone.
