"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Me and my girl broke up

she talked with too many of her "guy friends" and expected me not to talk with any girls...so my trust for her fell down the drain.

im not emotionaly hurt at all, but i cant believe she wants to bring her self value so low to flirt and mingle with every guy she knows.

anyways its very easy for me to get a girl, but i still have feelings for my "ex" because we were with each for a year.

what do you guys think about me hookin up with another girl but nothing serious, juss to get my mind off of my ex and to show her what shes missin out on.

i guess i still want there to be hope between us, and that she will learn from her mistakes.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

This happend to me with my last ex, she was always hanging out with her guy friends and being shady, even hanging with one she had a history with, she was basically trying to get me jealous all the time, and i just had enough and dumped her.ill admit i still had feelings for her for a while after but then i just met another girl that was so much more genuine and honest. And now my ex calls me at least once a day but i never answer the ho, i dont know how severe your case was but i recommend you just move on and find a new girl that your interested in to get your mind off her,It works like a charm everytime.

First of all, why did you let her dictate to you who you could and could not talk to? Especially when she seems from your post to be an A*****. I say move on and learn from this. The easiest way to get over a chick is to find another one. Or two.

thnx a lot guys...

naw bro she didnt dictate me, she said she didnt like me talkin with other girls but i told her that every relationship is based on trust and blaa blaa blaa.

but ya hydro i know what you mean...this girl did the same sh!t to me, and at first i got hella pissed and hurt but then a friend of me told me why the hell are you gettin all hurt, if she wants to bring down her self let her do it.

Hydro when you did move on, did you girl move on too, and did she think that there was nothing wrong with what she was doing and that "we" should juss chill and calm down.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I know what you mean. Remember all the things you DIDN'T like about her when you find yourself thinking about her. Having drama free relationships with women is so much nicer.b
