"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Theres a girl that I have been friends with for over 2 years now. I have always been attracted to her and am hoping to have a serious relationship with her but I have never told her I like her "that-way". But I have a feeling she knows. The problem is she had been in a relationship with a ****ty guy for over 2 years and broke up last year. I have spoken to her generally about relationships and she said that shes not ready for one yet. Having known her for this long I am wondering if I have been put in the "friends-only" zone. We hang out almost every day with each other and speak and chat often. Shes moving away soon and she said shes going to miss me. I dont know if I should talk to her about it or find someone else..

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

1. If she's moving away, you can't do much with her anyway.
2. Yes, you're in the friend zone.
3. It's possible to get out of the friend zone if you lose contact with someone for months at a time and then act totally different when you meet them again.

You're in the friends zone. Never tell a girl that you like her. That is something a little kid would do. Telling a girl you like her does not raise her interest level. You show her you like her by teasing her like she is a little kid, not by telling her, "hey, I like you." Read the DJ Bible at the bottom of the page.

Find someone else, hands down.

Telling a gal your feelings only works in the movies. Obsidian's advice was right on target, and ryannath's advice was good, too, though teasing is only one possible element of being the best justforkix you can be. Reading the DJ Bible is a good start, too.

Here's what you should do, next time you hang out with her, sit really close, then tell her to LOOK (while pointing to a distant object) then as she turns her head to look, you place your lips right beside her face, as she turns around, she will kiss you by accident, then you should run off (make sure to scream like an ape). She'll never forget you and you will have this kiss as a memory.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

She always knew you fancied her, you don't need to tell her anything!

You where a "safe" boyfriend for her while she was with and after the bastard. You give her the attention and affection she craved but she doesn't feel anything for you. If you tell her then it will just ruin the friendship.

The only way you could have had her was to start dating someone else and then showed her less attention. She would have had to work to get it back, however she probably would have then started dating again herself with someone else, someone she actually fancied.

This isn't her being a *****/attention ***** or anything, it's just natural for a girl to like the attention of men. You just have to learn to only give it to the ones you are dating.

Keyword "friend" no point trying you cant turn a friend into your girlfriend, unless your willing to waste a few years of your life chasing (key word chasing LOL) that girl, then maybe she'l see you as the best thing thats happened to her and fall in love or you'l get slapped with a restraining order LOL.

My advice bro is suck it up keep her just as a friend and go after 1 of the other 3 billion or so girls out there. Numbers are in your favour.

Your in the friend-zone, this has been discussed to death on this board. See that little search button in the upper right hand corner?? Its there for a reason.

Your her girlfriend, you guys hangout everyday and talk on the phone. She's not dumb, she knows you like her, but she also likes the attention. Go read the Bible and don't post again until you understand the basics of attraction.

If there is a mutual attraction and chemistry between you and her, you should be able to feel it. If you can't feel it, she's probably not attracted to you. Just because you are friends it doesn't always mean there isn't a chance for it to lead to more.

The best way to deal with your situation is to flirt some and try to determine if there is attraction or build sexual tension between the two of you. If you're able to do that then there's a good chance the friendship could lead to more. If she seems to reject flirting or testing for attraction then she's just not interested in you in that way and likely won't ever be.
