Too many red flags. For one you work with her, which it won't work out. Covered many times on this forum "Don't mix business with pleasure." 2 She has a kid already so unless you want to deal with that and have to deal with her baby daddy, then it's up to you. I say move on, she can just be a chick you mess around with for now but don't look into getting in a LTR or anything.
