"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

YO, i know you guys know a whole lot about working out, supplements, and such. I'm just wondering, Is a bowflex worth $800? I mean it guarentees results in 6 weeks ( it doesn't say what kind of results though  )

Thanks in advance

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

With any type of training you'll see results in a few weeks as long as you stay on a training schedule and not blow your gains by over eating the bad stuff. The thing that is most important is to find a training program/equipment that you enjoy. If you enjoy it, training won't feel like such a chore.

some say bowflexes dont work because our muscles are designed to work with gravity based resistance, the bowflex doesnt really provide that

*chuckles*

I remember reading a thread over at IM where inhuman said he broke a bowflex.. or something of the like. He did 12 reps with the weight maxxed at 400 and it broke.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I was thinking of getting it because its only half an hour for 3 times a week.

Don't feel like driving to the gym and speending an hour there everyday.

Who say? That's the stupidest **** I ever heard. How do you explain the Hand Grippers to work out your forearms then?

Resistance is resistance. If your muscles are pushing against it then they are doing work.

I do have bowflex at the house however i hardly ever use it becuase I'm in football and most of my workout is done at the schools weight room. Thing is when you use a bowflex you dont need a spotter.(benching ect.) Also it is also possible to get the v-shape body its just about the determination and the sweat you put into it.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

You could just bench with dumbbells if you don't have a spotter. Or front squat instead of back squat. Etc etc...

Like someone already posted, I hear about how people max out the weight on the things a lot and end up breaking them. Bowflex is not designed for serious lifters, IMO. If you want to lift, use freeweights-- Machines will not strenthen your ligaments along with your muscle, whereas free weights will.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

The boflex is a good idea. In theory.

Its not as useful as gym weights though. You probly could get in great shape with it though (depends on how high the weight setting goes).

But barbells, dumbells, and cable machines (my favourite) are superior to the bowflex.

Its not meant to be a replacement for the gym. Its just one of those things that you use once in a while.

And besides have you seen the HBs in some of the gyms? Whoooweee!!! :woo: :woo: :woo:

Why the hell would you want a BOWFLEX? Get your ass in a gym. You get a great workout and after you chill and look at all the sexy ladies. And maybe if you got your game together, you can do more than look.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
