Met her off her tinder and I gave her my number and told her to text me sometimes. She texts me and eventually i invite her to one of my parties that night and she says shes too tired to go. Only has one strike, but havent talked to her since.

How often are you texting her? How long has it been since she turned down the last invite?

My general thought would be, have a period of nc after the first flake, then make one of invite and if she turns you down again her interest level is low; NEXT.

Word your invite well: I am going to this cool party saturday, I can pick you up at 7 if you're free.
