Should Hollywood stop demeaning prospective actresses in demanding a perfect body?

“When I was much younger and starting out, I was told by the producers of a film to lose 15 pounds in two weeks,” she recalled. “One girl before me had already been fired for not losing enough weight fast enough, and during this time a female producer had me do a nude lineup with about five women who were much, much thinner than me. And we all stood side-by-side with only paste-ons covering our privates.”

“After that degrading and humiliating lineup, the female producer told me I should use the naked photos of myself as inspiration for my diet,” she continued, finding the humor in the ridiculous situation.

“I can laugh now, it’s OK,” she said.

My opinion: I think the femynists are about to demand that prospective actresses no longer be judged on how they look naked. Do they realize that the only thing keeping men interested in chick flicks is the main star being buck naked for a little while? And now we'll have to sit through something that is not prime?

Hollywood sells fantasy fairytales and they get the appropriate actors and actresses to fill the roles for that purpose.…
Perfect looks and body = perfect fantasy.

Actresses rent out their bodies, their overall build, and their ability to deliver lines the way a producer/director demands. It seems quite impossible for these entitled miscreant actresses to understand this.
