(short) why didn't she put out/why'd she leave so quick

I just wrote a massive far too long post on this,

basically I hooked up with this girl I knew, we went back to mine then she starts saying how she won't have sex with me tonight, I say ok, we make out for a bit then go to sleep together in bed.

Wake up in the morning she's not affectionate at all.. and decides she really wants to go home so she apologises and leaves.. I know she really likes me and cares about me though from plenty of things she said both before and after we got it together and she'd wanted us to get it on for some time in fact she engineered the situation to get me to make a move, plus she was more than happy to come back to mine.

I asked an experienced DJ friend about it and he said "I wouldn't worry about it, girls do that from time to time, it doesn't mean she doesnt like you"

Maybe, but I'm still worried about it..

You encountered LMR (Last Minute Resistance) and ASD (Anti Slut Defense). Try a reframe or freezeout on her if it happens again. With one chick, I reframed and told her it was natural for us to make love and sidestepped her initial use of the term "sex." Not long after, we were making love

Say, "I understand." And go do something else. It is imperative not to come off as pouting. Rather, you're just communicating, "If you don't want to do this, that's cool." But really, this is a punishment for her since she is aroused. You're saying, you don't get the reward of me arousing you unless you're willing to take this all the way. Anyway, stop, go do something else, then return, maybe touch her leg, and things will resume. Then tell her to do the thing she wouldn't do before. Continue as usual.

(4)"We should stop." This is for token resistence: when a girl comes up with lots of stupid excuses why you shouldn't be hooking up. In those cases you just say, "You're right, we should stop," and keep going.

(5) Riker's 3 Rules: You tell a girl, "Look, I have three values that I live by. One, I always wear a condom. Especially with a girl that I first have sex with. Two, I want this to be fun. I want this to be win-win. I want us to both enjoy it. Three, when we look back at this tomorrow, I want us to look back and be glad that we did it. If everything has happened again, I want us to want to do it again. If we don’t feel these are true, then we shouldn’t do it."

Most of the times when a girl says "im not having sex tonight" or " I don’t have sex on the firs date" it means she’s thinking about sex she wants sex but she doesn’t want to look like a slut.

What you have to do is get her horny to the point that she rips of your cloths.

If you done things right im pretty sure the girl would have had sex with you. If a girl says this don’t be put down by it. Take her back to your place and get her horny then she will give in to her primal instincts.

turns out she started to realise that she wasn't ready for any sort of relationship, and she didn't want to lose me as a friend.. hence, no boom boom...

turns out I think she was probably right anyway, we are good mates but I can't see us working out in a LTR there's too many things about her that would piss me off.. It seems we were both attracted to the idea of the two us together, rather than actually each other..

I would have said no no no ok lets just snuggle here for tonight, i understand you totally.

Then just be close with her when laying in bed, don't whip your **** out, don't do anything like that.

Then the next time you would have gotten it for sure.
